Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. Scope of These Terms

Welcome to Robot Vacuum Parts. Robot Vacuum Parts is operated by YOUTONG TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “Robot Vacuum Parts”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this business.

We operate this website and online store, including related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms, together with the policies listed below, govern your use of the Services and your purchases from our store:

By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required under applicable privacy laws.

2. Your Account and Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the Services under the supervision and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian where applicable law permits.

You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when ordering, registering an account or contacting us, including details needed for billing, payment, shipping and product selection.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account without our prior written permission. Your responsibility for account activity is subject to applicable law and does not exclude our responsibility for security failures attributable to us.

3. Products, Listings and Fitment

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, photographs and pricing accurate. Colours and appearance may vary with lighting, display settings and your device; minor display differences do not change our obligation to supply products conforming to their description and to applicable legal requirements.

We may update listings, discontinue products or limit quantities for future orders. Such changes do not by themselves alter the agreed specifications of an order we have already accepted. Unless expressly stated, references to device manufacturers, model names or third-party trademarks are used only to identify compatibility and do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

For device-specific products, review every compatibility detail shown on the product page before ordering, including the applicable make, model, model year, trim level, body style or other configuration requirements. If you are unsure whether a product suits your device, contact support@robotparts.site before purchasing.

Compatibility advice reflects the information available to us and the details you provide. If a product does not fit a device our listing expressly identifies as compatible, contact us so we can assess and resolve it.

Products must be installed and used in line with their instructions and stated specifications. Where installation involves wiring, disassembly or other technical work, seek a suitably qualified installer if you lack the necessary skills. Do not install or position products in a way that interferes with the safe operation of your device or any safety system. If you find a defect or compatibility issue during installation, stop and contact us before modifying the product.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorised modification may affect eligibility for voluntary returns or commercial warranty coverage; this does not exclude remedies for an underlying product defect or other rights under applicable law. We do not guarantee that fitting an aftermarket part will leave a manufacturer’s warranty unaffected — please check the relevant warranty terms before installation.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated receipt only acknowledges that we received the order and does not necessarily constitute acceptance; unless we expressly confirm earlier, we accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. Authorising or collecting payment alone is not acceptance — if we collect payment and later decline or cancel the order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, inability to verify payment or delivery details, suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions, material pricing or listing errors (subject to applicable law), legal restrictions, or inability to deliver to the requested destination. We will notify you using the contact details provided with the order.

Please review your product selection, device variant, quantity and delivery details before submitting. If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly; we cannot guarantee a change or stop once processing or dispatch has begun, and this does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. For wholesale or resale enquiries, contact us before placing a bulk order — separate written terms may apply to business purchases.

5. Prices, Payment and Delivery

Prices, promotions and availability may change for future orders. The price and currency for your purchase are shown at checkout, and any taxes, shipping charges or other amounts we collect are displayed before you complete the order as required by law. Import duties, customs charges and taxes not collected at checkout may be payable separately, as explained in the listing, at checkout or in our shipping information.

We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent. Promotions may carry separate conditions disclosed with the offer, and those conditions govern the promotion where they conflict with these Terms, subject to applicable law. You agree to use a payment method you are authorised to use and to provide accurate billing information; payments are also subject to the terms and processing requirements of the relevant payment provider.

Available destinations, shipping options, estimated delivery times and charges are described at checkout and in our shipping information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date, which does not remove any delivery obligation or remedy imposed by applicable law.

Delays may arise from carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control; if a material delay occurs, contact us so we can investigate and explain the options available. For consumer orders shipped using a carrier arranged by us, we remain responsible for transit loss or damage until delivery to you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law; different rules may apply where you engage a carrier we did not offer.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Where an address error or a missed required delivery step causes a shipment to be returned, we will explain any reasonable additional costs before arranging further shipment. Contact us promptly if an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or is shown as delivered but cannot be located.

6. Returns, Refunds and Guarantees

Our voluntary 30-day return arrangements are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Those voluntary conditions are separate from your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Any additional commercial warranty is described in the applicable product listing or warranty document; unless expressly stated, these Terms do not create a separate commercial warranty. Nothing in these Terms or in our Return & Refund Policy limits any statutory guarantee, right of withdrawal or other remedy that applicable law provides and does not allow us to exclude.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services contain materials owned by Robot Vacuum Parts or used with permission of the relevant rights holders, including text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, logos and other content. You may access and use the Services for legitimate shopping, product research and other purposes we expressly permit.

Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected content. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property ownership to you. Robot Vacuum Parts branding, Shopify branding and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Links and Shopify

The Services may give you access to third-party tools, integrations, websites or content. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before use. We do not control independently operated third-party websites and do not guarantee their content, availability or security. To the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for independently provided third-party services; this does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct or for obligations applicable law places on us.

Robot Vacuum Parts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any sales you make in our store are made directly with Robot Vacuum Parts. By using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Robot Vacuum Parts, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Robot Vacuum Parts.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information processed in connection with our store is addressed in our Privacy Policy: https://robotparts.site/policies/privacy-policy.

Shopify may also process personal information under its own policies in connection with applicable Shopify services (see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy). Because our store uses Shopify and other service providers, information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, as explained in the relevant privacy policies. If these Terms conflict with our Privacy Policy about the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls on those matters.

10. Reviews and Other Submissions

You may submit reviews, suggestions, photographs or other content where the Services allow it (“Feedback”). You retain ownership of your Feedback. By submitting content for public display you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, publish and display it for purposes connected with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. Private support communications and photographs sent solely to resolve an order or product issue are not automatically authorised for public advertising use; we will seek separate permission where appropriate.

You agree that your Feedback is based on genuine experience or an accurately identified opinion, does not infringe another person’s rights, does not contain unlawful content, threats, malware or unnecessary personal information, discloses material incentives or relationships where required, and does not misrepresent your identity or the origin of the content. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law, but we do not prohibit honest negative reviews and never require a favourable review as a condition of assistance.

11. Errors and Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions or other website information. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the options, which may include confirming the correct information or cancelling the order and refunding amounts paid, subject to applicable law. Corrections to website information do not allow us to disregard an accepted order or your statutory rights.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not commit fraud or provide deliberately false transaction information; impersonate another person or use a payment method without authorisation; infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights; harass, threaten or abuse customers, staff or others; upload malware or interfere with the operation of the Services; attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data; collect personal information without a lawful basis; send spam or conduct phishing or similar deceptive activity; circumvent security controls; or use automated access in a way that breaches applicable law, bypasses access restrictions or materially disrupts the Services. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, security threat or unlawful activity.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Termination does not automatically cancel accepted orders, remove valid refund claims or eliminate accrued rights and obligations, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including intellectual property, payment, liability, dispute and privacy provisions.

14. Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted or free of technical errors. General informational content does not replace the product-specific instructions supplied with a purchase or advice from a qualified installer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website functionality and optional informational features are provided on an “as available” basis.

This section does not disclaim express commitments made in an accepted order, applicable statutory product guarantees, our obligation to supply goods conforming to their description, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Any exclusion or limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury where such liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other non-excludable liability.

Subject to those restrictions, we are not responsible for losses that are not legally recoverable under the applicable law, including losses too remote from the relevant breach. Where you purchase as a consumer, your rights to remedies and compensation remain unaffected. Where you purchase for business purposes, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses such as lost profits or business opportunities, unless separate written terms provide otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of our obligations. Any claim will be handled fairly, with reasonable notice and, where appropriate, an opportunity for you to take part.

16. Severability, Waiver and Assignment

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be removed or limited only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue to apply where the agreement can lawfully continue without the affected provision.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the policies incorporated by reference and the specific terms of an accepted order form the agreement governing the relevant use or purchase, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes binding pre-contractual representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may not transfer your contractual obligations without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits. We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate business transaction, provided the transfer does not unlawfully reduce your rights, and we will give notice where the law requires.

17. Governing Law, Disputes and Changes

These Terms and purchases made through the Services are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Where applicable law gives consumers protections under the laws of their country of habitual residence, nothing in these Terms deprives them of those protections.

Disputes may be brought before the courts of Hong Kong SAR, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another competent court. Before starting proceedings you may contact support@robotparts.site so we can try to resolve the matter; doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights unless applicable law permits and requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, business practices or applicable legal requirements. We will publish the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date, and give additional notice where the law requires. Unless lawfully agreed otherwise, the Terms in force when we accept your order govern that order, and later changes do not retrospectively remove your rights under an existing purchase.
